Getting
to know me...
My name
is Kristi Gray, and I am in my tenth year of teaching. I graduated from
Mount Saint Clare College in 2001 with my music education degree and
coaching authorization, and Walden
University in 2008 with my master's degree in curriculum, instruction and
assessment. My teaching career began in Fulton and Albany, Illinois. I then
taught middle and high school vocal music for 5 years at Northeast/Goose
Lake.
I have
been married to my husband, Brandon for 8 years. We live in Clinton, Iowa
with our three children, Madilyn, Grant, and Colby, and my step daughter,
Isabelle. They are between the ages of 2 and 10,
and life just continues to get busier as they get older!
In my free time, I enjoy reading,
boating, cooking, working out and taking photographs. I have a part time
photography business on the side named after the song lyrics, "If You Just
Smile."
Some of
my favorite things include:
Song-Unforgettable
Food-Mashed Potatoes
Smell-Baby Lotion
Color-Green
Way to go BV students! We shipped over 880 items to local soldiers in Iraq
and Afghanistan for the holidays! You also put on an awesome performance at
the winter program. It was a great tribute to those soldiers we know and
love! Thanks for all your hard work!
