Enrollment Procedures

Welcome to the Pleasant Valley Community School District.

To enroll your child at the high school level (grades 9-12), please follow the steps below:

• Contact the Guidance Office (563) 332-6250, kaiserk@pleasval.k12.ia.us  or the building principal - Mike Zimmer (563) 332-5151, zimmermike@pleasval.k12.ia.us

• Request transfer of records from previous school to Pleasant Valley

• Complete enrollment forms and send to Pleasant Valley High School, 604 Belmont Road, Bettendorf, IA 52722. Note that the Dental Screening form is only required for ninth grade students.
