Orchestra Boosters

Pleasant Valley Orchestra Boosters is a new non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the PV School District’s Orchestral Strings programs at the elementary, junior high and high school levels.

Representatives from each school in the Pleasant Valley School District will be asked to serve on the Pleasant Valley Orchestra Boosters Executive Board. Members from the Executive Board will organize committees of parents to address the many needs of the orchestral strings program.

Parents of students participating in the Orchestral Strings Program are voting members of Orchestra Boosters.  The Orchestra Booster Executive Board will be the governing body of the Orchestra Boosters. The first tasks of the Executive Board will be to produce governing bylaws and the formation of committees.  Proceeds from concerts ticket sales will be put into the Pleasant Valley High School Orchestra Activity Account. These funds will be considered the treasury of the Orchestra Boosters until a separate checking account can be established.
