Enrollment Procedures

Welcome to the Pleasant Valley Community School District.

To enroll your child at the elementary level (grades K-6), please follow the steps below:

• Using your current or projected address, determine Pleasant Valley attendance center

  • District Attendance Map

• Contact an elementary building principal

• Request transfer of records from previous school to Pleasant Valley

• Provide any additional information/documentation to attendance center

• Complete enrollment forms (click on building name for forms) and send to appropriate elementary. Note that the Dental Screening form is only required for kindergarten students.
