Procedures for Students Transferring Out
of Pleasant Valley Schools

 

When your child is transferring out of Pleasant Valley Schools, please be aware of the following:

Instructions for Parents:

  • Provide notice to your child's school
  • Provide information (including address, if known) about new school
  • Request transfer of records
  • Secure hard copy of most recent IEP (if applicable)
  • For students in grades 9-12, secure most recent transcript
  • Check the balance of your student's account; depending on status, make payment or request refund
  • Return library books and pay any outstanding fees/fines
